We are looking forward to building on the experience of our recent Alumni Cricket matches at Haverford College, to establish a team (Haverford Wanderers) that can eventually play several matches during the year in the Mid-Atlantic Region and in the future have international tours. While we expect the team to be primarily comprised of Haverford College alumni, we invite others who would like to play to register and will try to accommodate them If possible. Our Coach and General Manager will be Kamran Khan, who will arrange matches and coordinate our outreach activities to promote cricket as a sport in the USA.
We also anticipate having occasional “invited players” some of who have played for their country at the international level!
Depending on the level of interest and number of matches we will establish match fees, in line with other similar cricket clubs in the area.
